These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the towing and roadside services provided by RoadClubs.com, LLC, doing business as RoadAngel Towing & Roadside Service ("RoadAngel," "we," "us"). By using the site or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, including by submitting false requests, interfering with its operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or using automated tools to collect its content. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Service requests
Submitting a form, calling or texting us is a request for service, not a guarantee that a driver is available. A request is accepted when our dispatcher confirms it with you. You agree to give us accurate information about your location, your vehicle and the help you need, and you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to have it serviced or towed.
Pricing and payment
Quotes are based on the information you give us. The final price may differ if the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example a different location, vehicle condition, extra equipment, waiting time or additional services. We will tell you about any change before doing the extra work whenever we can. Payment is due when service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing, or unless your insurer or motor club has authorized payment directly.
Arrival times
Arrival times we give are good-faith estimates. Traffic, weather, road conditions and call volume can cause delays, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Your vehicle and belongings
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before it is towed where it is safe to do so. We are not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle. Any damage you believe occurred during service should be reported to us as soon as possible, and before the vehicle is moved again, so we can review it.

The text, photos, logos and other content on this site belong to RoadAngel or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Information on the site, including service descriptions, is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Google Maps and Facebook. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoadAngel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost time or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
